VIDEO: Under the Net Zero Home

BIA High Performance Building Council member Mark Bostic of Square One Designs shows a few key elements of the Net Zero Home being built by Epic Homes, LLC in Lexington, SC. The sealed crawlspace features an energy recovery ventilation (ERV) system, spray foam walls and a heat pump water heater that works from solar power generated on-site.
